Postcard captioned Chapel, Moreton Old Hall. Moreton Old Hall is also known as Little Moreton Hall which is a moated, half-timbered manor house, built for Cheshire landowner William Moreton from around 1504-1508. A Grade 1 listed building, it has three asymmetrical ranges forming a small, rectangular courtyard. It remained in the Moreton family until 1938, when it was transferred to the National Trust.
